Ship daily
If it's not in production, it doesn't exist. We deploy multiple times a day and measure progress in shipped code, not slide decks.

Own the outcome
No finger-pointing. Every engineer owns their code end-to-end — from design review to production monitoring.

Craft over speed
We ship fast, but we don't ship garbage. Type safety, test coverage, and clean abstractions are non-negotiable.

Default to open
Open docs, open decisions, open feedback. We write things down so everyone has context.

Build for 30
Every decision considers the entities that depend on us. We think in platforms, not projects.
Working style
- Remote-first — work from anywhere
- Async by default — write it down, don't schedule a meeting
- Deep work blocks — uninterrupted focus time every morning
