How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the EEv3 platform, and to communicate with you.

• Operate and provision your entity, databases, and infrastructure on the EEv3 platform.
• Process transactions, send invoices, and manage your billing account.
• Monitor platform performance, detect abuse, and enforce rate limits.
• Send service notifications, security alerts, and product updates.
• Improve our services through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics.
• Respond to support requests and provide technical assistance.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• With sub-processors who help us deliver the platform (see our Data Processing Agreement for the current list).

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Usage logs and API telemetry are retained for 90 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable tax law. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3), network-level isolation, role-based access controls for internal systems, and regular penetration testing.
