Interactive Sandbox

The sandbox is a fully isolated environment for testing your integration. It mirrors the production API but uses test data, has no real side effects, and can be reset at any time.

Accessing the Sandbox

The sandbox is available at https://sandbox.evileye.dev. You can also access it through the SDK by using a test API key (prefixed with sk_test_).

Pre-loaded Test Data

Every sandbox environment comes pre-loaded with test data so you can start testing immediately:

Sandbox Limitations

• No real payments— billing operations succeed but no money is charged or transferred
• No real emails or SMS — messages are logged but never delivered to real recipients
• Rate limited— sandbox enforces stricter rate limits (30 req/min) to prevent abuse
• Data resets— sandbox data is automatically cleared every 24 hours
• AI responses are mocked — AI calls return deterministic responses, not real model output

Resetting Sandbox Data

You can reset your sandbox at any time to return to the default test data. Reset the entire sandbox or specific faces.
