Overview
Each entity in the group had its own analytics stack — different event schemas, different dashboards, different definitions of what "active user" even meant. Getting a group-wide view required weeks of manual aggregation. Prism unified everything into a single event pipeline on EEv3, giving leadership real-time visibility across every entity.

The Challenge
30 entities, 30 truths
Before Prism
- Every entity had its own analytics stack
- Different event schemas, no shared definitions
- Group-wide reports took weeks to compile
- No anomaly detection — problems found by accident
After Prism
- One unified event pipeline for all entities
- Shared schema, shared definitions, one truth
- Real-time dashboards, custom reports in seconds
- Automatic anomaly detection and alerting
The Solution
One event schema, infinite insight
Prism runs on a unified event pipeline built on EEv3. Every entity sends events through ee.analytics using a shared schema. ee.streaming processes events in real time, ee.database stores the time-series data, and ee.cron runs anomaly detection sweeps every minute.
When something looks off — a sudden drop in signups, an unusual spike in errors — ee.notification alerts the right team immediately. Custom reports that used to take weeks now take seconds through ee.export.
The Stack
EEv3 faces used
ee.analyticsEvent ingestion, funnels, dashboards, custom reports
ee.streamingReal-time event pipeline, sub-second processing
ee.databaseTime-series storage, cross-entity query engine
ee.exportScheduled reports, CSV/PDF, API-driven data pulls
ee.cronAnomaly detection sweeps, scheduled aggregations
ee.notificationAlerting on anomalies, threshold breaches
Results
Group-wide impact
"Prism gives us x-ray vision across the entire group. One event schema, one truth."
